Based in Poland, Maciej is an active member of Morgan Philips Technology & Digital Practice. Clients appreciate his market knowledge, strategic approach and long-term expertise which he applies to advise leaders in developing their organizations. Maciej with his future oriented mindset is highly passionate about AI, Blockchain Technology and everything related to the Web3 space.
Prior to joining Morgan Philips, Maciej gained experience in the corporate world with companies like Citibank, IBM and J&J.
Maciej has a Master Degree in International Relations from the University of Lodz. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, biking, art, and architecture.

Daniel is Partner & Co-Founder at Morgan Philips Executive Search, having joined the company's German branch in 2014.
Since more than 12 years, he works across all industries in executive search and leadership consulting for challenging hires and projects.
Daniel has a diverse educational background, studying mechanical engineering in both Germany and Spain, and obtaining an MBA in General Management. Additionally, he's certified as an Executive Coach from Henley Business School and has received leadership education in Strategy from Harvard Business School. With an international background, he lived in Spain for two years and speaks six languages fluently.
