Daniel Joseph is Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Morgan Philips Germany. With extensive expertise in executive search and leadership consulting, Daniel has successfully managed complex hiring processes and strategic projects across multiple industries.

Since joining Morgan Philips Group in 2014, Daniel played a pivotal role in establishing the FYTE Germany brand. After 2017, he served as Director and DACH Sector Head at Morgan Philips Executive Search, where his performance contributed to the firm’s expansion and success. Today, Daniel leads the Technology & Digital practice and drives the growth of the Banking & Financial Services division at Morgan Philips Executive Search.

Daniel holds degrees in mechanical engineering from Germany and Spain, an MBA in General Management, and certifications in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School, alongside a leadership certification in Strategy from Harvard Business School. Fluent in six languages, Daniel brings a global perspective to his work, enriched by international experience in Spain.
